About Us

New Marketing. New Technology. New Leadership. New Value To You.

A new way of life deserves a new level of service. Welcome to the modern age of commercial real estate. We realized that other industries were using digital tools that were largely ignored by the real estate sector. This was leaving you, as a client, at a huge disadvantage. So we decided to do something about it. Our team was founded on the principal of providing modern commercial real estate solutions by leveraging new tools, technology, and digital knowledge. These new skills are fused together with the traditional expertise of brokerage activities like personal phone calls and face-to-face office visits. This optimal combination has resulted in better pricing, faster transaction times, larger prospect groups, and ultimately more money back to your bottom line. WynneCRE specializes in your Lake Forest/Foothill Ranch, Rancho Santa Margarita, and San Clemente commercial real estate needs.

Jim Wynne Profile Picture

Jim Wynne: President

James “Jim” Wynne is President of WynneCRE, earning his way to this elite status by making real, honest connections with his clients.  He has nearly three decades of diversified commercial real estate experience, spanning construction management to commercial brokerage. He can help you with anything related to industrial and office space in South Orange County, from Irvine to San Clemente.

What makes your relationship with Jim special is his focus on people first, business second. Jim understands you are a real person seeking meaningful property advice that will apply to your specific situation. Jim treats you like a friendly neighbor. You’re NOT a faceless corporation he can brag about in this bio section. It doesn’t matter if this will be your first real estate deal or if you have years of experience, Jim will keep you connected to what’s happening, answer all of your questions without talking down to you, and earn your respect instead of demanding it. Commercial real estate can be confusing; Jim is ready to guide you to success and protect you from hidden pitfalls along the way.

Jim also finds time to actively volunteer in our local communities. He received the award for Volunteer of the Year from the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, currently serves on the Chamber’s Board of Directors, is the Vice President of the San Onofre Surfing Club (the longest-lasting surf club in the world!) and donates his time to work on the grounds crew at his local church.

Jim currently resides in San Clemente with his wife Lauren and five children. With five college educations and four weddings to pay for, you can expect to see Jim working in the industry for many more decades to come!

Jerry Holdner: Senior Vice President

Jerry is a long-time commercial real estate veteran and has the abbreviations, certifications, resume, and Google search results to prove it.

He has been on the Economic Advisory Board for Chapman University since 2007 and has worked at some of the top commercial brokerage firms in the nation. He’s wicked smart and enjoys completing advanced financial calculations – even in his free time.

But the thing we love most about Jerry, and why we wanted to get him on our team so badly, is that he fits the family-man vibe of our small South Orange County business community.

Jerry is one of the most humble, down-to-earth people you will ever meet. He has every reason to be the cold-blooded, sell-your-own-mother, inflated-ego salesman worthy of Irvine office-tower power plays – and yet he remains the next-door neighbor who you would never know has been to the moon and back.

He is an astronaut in his career field, a powerhouse of industry, and yet the guy you want to invite over for beers and BBQ. Which Jerry loves, by the way! When he isn’t cookin’ up real estate deals in his full suit and tie, he really can be found in his backyard grilling up tri-tip and entertaining friends and family while rocking his full dad uniform: Nike sneakers and polo shirt tucked into shorts.

If you need commercial real estate expertise, Jerry is your guy. If you need help determining fair rent for your upcoming renewal, competitive sale rates, or require financing options for a new property purchase, Jerry is your guy. If you need a golfing buddy and want to talk to someone about the days of growing up in the South OC strawberry fields and shooting off bottle rockets, and living the simple, good life, Jerry is your guy.

If you’re looking to hire a new CFO or company controller position with an unbeatable salary, company car, and benefits package… please don’t tell Jerry about it; we are so happy to have him onboard and are really excited to keep him for a long while.

Okay here is the corporate jargon part to impress you by or whatever:

Jerry has been researching and interpreting commercial real estate market data/information since 1991. Published and distributed Quarterly Commercial Real Estate Market Reports for over 25 years, 8 product types – Industrial, Office, Medical Office, Retail, Multi Family, Triple Net Investments, Capital Markets and Life Sciences, covering 15 markets in the following states: Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

• Economic Advisory Board Member for Chapman University since 2007
• Source and negotiate securing properties for lease and sale
• Experience with the master planning of industrial parks, project evaluations, architectural reviews and services, marketing plans, financial analysis, and budgets
• Work with municipal Economic Development Corporations for securing funding and reducing utility and property taxes for development projects that create employment
• Proficient in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, statistics, underwriting, cost segregation, research methods and strategic planning

About WynneCRE

WynneCRE is the commercial real estate experience of the future.

Old school knowledge meets new school methods, resulting in legacy client care paired with a faster, easier property transaction experience. Dare we say it? It’s actually fun now.

Also, we REALLY care about the South Orange County communities we live and conduct business in. We think it’s completely wrong when out-of-town brokers show up for a payday and then are impossible to reach after they complete a deal with you. We are active town participants, members of the local Chamber of Commerce, regularly donate and support the area schools, oh and we built our platform on integrity before money – reporting on business news and happenings, even when it ruffles feathers with the powers that be.

Wait, are you the guys who took on Amazon head-on and blew the whistle on a secret development plan in South Orange County?

-Yes, that was us.

But wait, are you also the team who exposed untruthful happenings with the secret ballot vote for the homeless shelter sale in San Clemente, resulting in new ballots being issued and a public forum being hosted?

-Yup, that was also us.

Okay but wait, who reported on the double-standard for government property not being held to the same code enforcement regulations that us local business owners are held to, resulting in the City Manager publicly acknowledging it wasn’t fair and the United States Postal Service cleaning up their property to meet those rules?

-Ya, we did that one too.

WynneCRE: Your commercial real estate future starts here.
