Jim actively volunteers in our local communities. He has been awarded Volunteer of the Year from the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce, has served as Chairman of the Board for the chamber, and currently serves on the chamber’s Board of Directors. Jim has served the San Onofre Surfing Club as President, and is now a board member (the longest-lasting surf club in the world!). How does Jim find time to work on the grounds crew at his local church? Jim lives in San Clemente with his beautiful wife Lauren and has 5 wonderful kids.

Jolene brings decades of experience in commercial real estate administration and graphic design to the WynneCRE team. She is responsible for all marketing, including this website (yes, I’m writing about myself in the third person), property brochures, email campaigns, and production of our mailed materials. Jolene is responsible for the preparation of documents for our clients, including proposals, leases and purchase agreements, utilizing AIR CRE form templates.
Jolene raised two great kids. When she’s not working in support of the team, she’s often at a poker table.
